So happy to see you have a 3rd Thompson Sister book. Read Just Remember and loved it! Starting Julia tonight. You have a wonderful way of telling a story. Thank you!

Can’t wait to read this book. Just came back from a holiday at the beach where I posted a photo on fb of me reading Remember To Breath by the ocean. I just loved the first two books and look forward to getting to know more about all the sisters. Thanks for great stories 🙂

I have never been this hurt, I will never read anything written by you again. I loved just remember to breath, but was in love with Carrie and Ray. My family could not understand my blubbering for a good few minutes. And the sad thing is you have a wonderful way of story telling, but this was wrong.

I’m not sure where to begin. I guess I should start by saying that I typically avoid books about the war, books about the Middle East. I was active duty, spent 22 months overseas in the sandbox. My husband is 6 months away from retiring after 26 years. I avoid books about this war because I’d seen enough that I don’t need to to be reminded of it when I’m enjoying a favorite past time. However, my sister-in-law suggested a Song for Julia – and I got hooked on your writing style. You’re an amazing author, your writing style is incomparable. So I moved on to Just Remember to Breathe and the rest of your work.
Second, I have never felt so emotionally crushed by a book before. By chapter 3, I was fighting with myself not to flip to the end to see if I get what Ray and Carrie deserve – a happy ending. I was so emotionally crushed that sitting here, writing this two days later, I’m tearing up. The lesson about choices in this book was amazing. The honor and loyalty shown by the characters was breathtaking. The support shown and just the overall story itself was simply stunning.
However, I’m not sure I can handle ever reading about Carrie again without wanting to bawl. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to re-read this one the way I did with A Song for Julia. But I do know, that without a doubt, Carrie and Ray’s story will always be in my top three favorites.
Congratulations on another piece of beauty. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world. For allowing us the privilege to read your work.

Yet another excellent book, however this is another book that while I could see it coming I hated where it was going. I was yelling NO NO NO as I was reading the last parts of the book with tears running down my face. Life it not always fair, and does not always go as we wish it would, your books illustrate that very well.
